The Challenge: Overhaul a legacy brand identity across markets and sectors without disrupting ongoing sales cycles.
The Action: I spearheaded the corporate visual brand system in collaboration with Pentagram and Getty. Built and managed centralized internal brand assets and photography libraries, providing real-time access to pre-approved templates and images for internal developers, marketers and designers.
The Result: Reduced agency spend by approximately $1M in FY25 and increased brand firm-wide implementation across teams.
AI-Driven Creative Operations
In-house Agency
The Challenge: High-volume content demands were burning out the creative team and slowing down digital deployments.
The Action: I galvanized the development of a custom AI-assisted production library system that automated routine social media and print development and deployment through multi-audience digital templates and libraries.
The Result: Cut production time for social and digital display assets by 15% allowing the creative team to focus on high-level campaign strategy.
Infrastructure Oversight Large Corporate Brand Launch
The Challenge: Integrate 6 distinct marketing departments and their respective asset silos post-rebrand.
