A brand’s power stems from unique storytelling, but that story must be anchored by both a solid framework and effective workflows. In an AI-driven market, speed without a framework risks damaging your brand voice, while a framework without an efficient workflow leaves you unable to compete. True success requires harmonizing these two pillars to remain both competitive and responsible.

Creative Leadership & Oversight

  • Executive Creative Direction: Supervised and mobilized cross-functional teams (designers, writers, producers, devs, photographers and film directors).

  • Stakeholder Management: Orchestrated alignment between C-suite objectives with creative output and brand health, including initiatives to integrate brand processes across the supply chain, resulting in a 15% reduction in fulfillment time and a $1M annual saving in labor costs.

  • Brand Governance: Conceptualized, architected and supervised global style guides to ensure 100% brand compliance across regions, in addition to Level AA WCAG accessibility adherence.

 

Systems & Asset Management

  • DAM Architecture: Transformed and standardized firm-wide digital asset systems for 7,000+ brand assets, including multi-audience digital templates, and photography libraries.

  • Workflow Optimization: Refined the "brief-to-launch (and broadcast)" pipeline to reduce time-to-market by 20%+.

  • Marketing Tech Stack (MarTech): Galvanized AI, CMS, and project management tools to streamline creative processes: Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, WorkFront, and Express.

The Challenge: Overhaul a legacy brand identity across markets and sectors without disrupting ongoing sales cycles.

The Action: I spearheaded the corporate visual brand system in collaboration with Pentagram and Getty. Built and managed centralized internal brand assets and photography libraries, providing real-time access to pre-approved templates and images for internal developers, marketers and designers.

The Result: Reduced agency spend by approximately $1M in FY25 and increased brand firm-wide implementation across teams.

AI-Driven Creative Operations
In-house Agency

The Challenge: High-volume content demands were burning out the creative team and slowing down digital deployments.
The Action: I galvanized the development of a custom AI-assisted production library system that automated routine social media and print development and deployment through multi-audience digital templates and libraries.
The Result: Cut production time for social and digital display assets by 15% allowing the creative team to focus on high-level campaign strategy.

Infrastructure Oversight Large Corporate Brand Launch

The Challenge: Integrate 6 distinct marketing departments and their respective asset silos post-rebrand.

The Action: I mobilized the firm's cross-functional teams to standardize a mission-based visual system into a unified system architecture, establishing a coherent brand and new leadership protocols.

The Result: Successfully launched the full corporate rebrand identity with full company alignment and zero downtime for the sales team.​
